About The Healing Circle
Healing is not a single room – it’s a whole house
Maybe you found your way here through an article on setting boundaries. Or through a question about your nervous system, your home, your skin. What looks at first glance like five different topics follows, for us, a single idea:
Healing doesn’t just show up in your mind – it shows up in everything that surrounds and makes up who you are.
How you think. How you connect with something greater. How you live. How you feel in your body. How you feel in your skin. For us, these aren’t separate projects, but five expressions of the same work. Whoever heals in one place automatically changes the others too – often without noticing.
That’s why The Healing Circle isn’t one blog, but five: Heal your Mind, Heal your Spirit, Heal your Home, Heal your Body, and Heal your Skin. Independent enough to do justice to each topic. Connected enough to show that you’re not working on five different projects at once, but on a single one: yourself.

Why an open circle
Our symbol is deliberately not a closed circle. The small gap stands for the fact that healing isn’t a state you complete at some point, but a process that stays open – sometimes narrower, sometimes wider, never quite finished. This isn’t meant to create impatience, but relief: you don’t have to be “finished” anywhere to already belong.
The five areas
Heal your Mind – Understanding what’s going on inside you.
Psychology that actually helps you: relationships, boundaries, the patterns that repeat until you recognize them.
Heal your Spirit – Seeking connection without losing yourself.
For everything that’s bigger than everyday life – without fobbing you off with answers that feel good but don’t hold up.
Heal your Home – A home that feels like you.
Your home as an expression of your personality and as a retreat that supports you instead of draining you.
Heal your Body – Back into the body that carries you.
Because healing doesn’t happen only in your mind, but also where your nervous system finally comes to rest.
Heal your Skin – The outermost expression of everything that’s already in motion inside.
How the areas connect
In many articles you’ll come across a box titled “Part of the Circle.” It shows you how the topic you’re currently reading connects to another area – for example, why an article on setting boundaries (Heal your Mind) also relates to energetic boundaries (Heal your Spirit), or why a decluttered mind often begins with a decluttered home (Heal your Home).
This isn’t random – it’s the actual idea behind The Healing Circle: You don’t need to know where to start. Every point in the circle eventually leads to the others.
At a glance
| Area | What it stands for |
| Mind | Your thinking, your relationships, your patterns |
| Spirit | Your connection to something greater |
| Home | Your home as a mirror of your healing |
| Body | Your body, your nervous system |
| Skin | Your skin as the outermost expression |
No matter which door you came through – welcome to the circle.
